Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Qoomuz collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use our software platform.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect contact and account information such as your name, work email, phone number, company, team size, and subscription details; information you submit through demo or support requests; platform content and operational data entered by authorized users; and website or product usage data such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and feature interactions.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the platform, create and administer accounts, process subscription requests, configure customer workflows, provide support, communicate service information, understand product usage, improve the website and platform, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Customer-Controlled Data

Business customers determine what customer, employee, booking, and operational data they enter into Qoomuz. When we process that data to provide the platform, the business customer is responsible for having the necessary notices, permissions, and lawful basis. End users should direct requests about business-controlled data to the relevant business.

4. Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, security, payments, and customer support; with integrations enabled by a customer; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand site usage and improve performance. Browser controls can limit cookies, and Google provides an analytics opt-out browser add-on. Limiting some technologies may affect functionality.

6. Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the platform, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. Retention varies by data type and account status.

7. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain uses. Some requests may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, or the role of the business that controls the data.

8. International Use, Children & Changes

Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. The platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
